Terms and conditions
MosCoWork (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”), located at 120 East 3rd Street, Moscow, Idaho 83843, United States. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your (“Renter”, “you”, “your”) access to and use of our coworking office space and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
## 1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1 By renting a space at MosCoWork, you agree to comply with these Terms and any other policies we may provide.
1.2 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the services following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms as changed.
## 2. Rental Agreement
2.1 The rental agreement is on a month-to-month basis. You may cancel your rental agreement at any time.
2.2 Rent is charged automatically to the credit/debit card we have on file in the My Account section of our website. Late payments may result in additional fees.
## 3. Cancellation and Refunds
3.1 You may cancel your rental agreement at any time from the My Account section of our website.
3.2 No refunds will be issued for unused time, regardless of the cancellation date.
## 4. Use of Space
4.1 Renters are expected to use the space in a responsible and respectful manner. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
4.2 The Company reserves the right to terminate your rental agreement immediately and without notice in the case of any breach of these Terms.
## 5. Property and Insurance
5.1 Renters are responsible for their own property. The Company will not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage of personal property.
5.2 While not required, renters are strongly recommended to have their own renters insurance to cover their personal property.
## 6. Wi-Fi and Technology Use
6.1 Wi-Fi is provided as part of your rental agreement. Use of the Wi-Fi is subject to compliance with our acceptable use policy.
6.2 Renters are responsible for securing their own devices. The Company is not responsible for any security breaches to a renter’s device.
## 7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the services.
## 8. Indemnification
8.1 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms or any activity related to your rental (including negligent or wrongful conduct).
## 9. Governing Law
9.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
